One of our strengths is drilling. Regardless of the size of the hole, multiple holes can be drilled to ensure that the glass does not break and does not chipping!

Types of edge process : Tibbo Glass offer straight edges, beveled edges, rounded edges, stepped edges, 2.5D edges, pencil edges, glossy edges and matte edges.
Types of corner process: Tibbo offer safety corners, straight corners, rounded corners, chamfered corners and curved corners.
THERMAL TEMPERED& CHEMICALLY STRENGTHEN
Tempered glass is also known as “safety glass”. Tibbo Glass use different glass tempering processes for different glass thicknesses.
For 0.33/0.4/0.55/0.7/0.9/0.95/1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.6/1.8/2.0mm thickness of glass, we use chemical strengthening process, which is able to reach the standard of IK08/IK09 after glass tempering, which greatly improves the impact resistance of glass.
For glass thickness of 2~25mm, we use physical tempering and physical semi-tempering, heating to the softening point of the glass, which improves the hardness of the glass and reaches the standard of IK07/IK08/IK09.
Both physical toughening and chemical strengthening greatly improve the impact resistance of glass, but the surface flatness of chemically strengthened glass is better than that of physically toughened glass. Therefore, in the field of high-definition display, we generally use chemically strengthened processed glass sheet.

Cleaning: The main purpose of cleaning is to use ultrasound to remove dirt, smudges and dust particles adhering to the surface of the glass, ensuring optimal results during the tempering, screen printing and coating processes.
